Lohia Corp Acquires JJ Jenkins Inc. And Forms JV With OMGM To Expand Global Footprint

Lohia Corp Limited, a global supplier of machinery for end-to-end solutions for plastic woven fabric industry, has recently acquired US based J.J. Jenkins Inc. The company is a reputed synthetic fibre and monofilament machinery maker and acquisition was done through LCL’s subsidiary Leesona Corp, a 130-year-old pioneer in winding machines. This acquisition aligns perfectly with LCL’s strategic vision to expand specialty yarns and tapes portfolio in medical and defense applications.

In addition, LCL has formed a strategic Joint Venture with Italy's OMGM sas, leading to the creation of OMGM Extrusiontechnik Srl. with LCL holding the majority stake. This JV represents a significant diversification to Lohia Corp’s product portfolio, introducing solutions for extrusion and winding systems for a wider range of technical applications. These developments are expected to boost LCL’s growth as well as bring cutting-edge solutions to customers which would contribute to the development of the industry.
