Shanti Spintex Pre-Pays Rs 4.13 Cr Towards Outstanding Loan
Shanti Spintex Limited has made a pre-payment of Rs 4.13 crore towards the outstanding loan amount on 14th March 2024. The outstanding balance post the pre-payment stands at Rs 22.04 crore. “This pre-payment is in line with our financial strategy to reduce long-term liabilities and optimise our capital structure. It demonstrates our commitment to prudent financial management and reinforces our confidence in the company's financial health and growth prospects,” the company stated in a stock filing.
