Kornit Acquires Voxel8

Digital printing machinery leader Kornit has acquired Voxel8, a manufacturer of advanced additive manufacturing technology for textiles. Voxel8's technology allows for the digital fabrication of functional features with zonal control of material properties, in addition to utilising high-performance elastomers adhering to inkjet technology. Kornit’s second quarter revenue increased 118% year-over-year to US$ 81.7 million, net of US$ 6.6 million attributed to the non-cash impact of warrants. Americas and EMEA regions revenue more than doubled year-over-year, for the company.
