Sarah Clarke Elevated To Chief Supply Chain Officer, PVH Corp

Sarah Clarke has been elevated to Chief Supply Chain Officer, PVH Corp. She is responsible for the company’s Global Supply Chain, developing strategic supply practices that maximise the power of PVH’s brands to win with the consumer. She will seek to strengthen partnerships across all areas of the value chain and continue to position PVH as a leader in the industry to collaborate and drive solutions at scale. Since joining PVH in 2013, Sarah has played a key role driving operational excellence and building future capabilities, while also bringing PVH’s purpose to drive fashion for good to the supply chain. Other Leadership Updates From PVH Corp PVH Corp. announced two more leadership updates to its global organisation, alongside announcing strong first-quarter earnings for 2021 above guidance and raising full-year outlook. Mike Shaffer and Cheryl Abel-Hodges, who have both played important roles in shaping PVH’s strong foundation, will be leaving PVH in the coming months. Shaffer, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, will be leaving in September to pursue other opportunities. An external search is underway for a successor CFO, and Shaffer will help to ensure a seamless transition. Abel-Hodges will be stepping down as CEO of Calvin Klein and moving to an advisory position with effect from July 1 through February 2022. Trish Donnelly, CEO, PVH Americas, who has had oversight of Calvin Klein, will take full global leadership responsibility for the business.
