Global quality control equipment supplier Uster Technologies has reshuffled its top management. Thomas Nasiou has been appointed as the CEO of Uster Technologies from April 1, 2016. The incumbent CEO, Dr. Geoffrey Scott has become the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors along with Philip Mosimann. Also, Koichi Ito joins the USTER Board of Directors succeeding Susumu Toyoda.
This follows a planned transition and handover of responsibilities from Dr. Geoffrey Scott whose presence in the Board of Directors will ensure effective operation of the Board.
Koichi Ito is the new head of the Textile Machinery Division of Toyota Industries Corporation, succeeding Susumu Toyoda who has been promoted to a new position in Toyota Motor Corporation.

Shareholders have also approved the annual report, the annual accounts and the consolidated financial statements for 2015. Further, shareholders have given formal approval to the actions of the members of the Board of Directors and those of the Group Executive Committee in the 2015 financial year. Moreover, a two-year extension was approved for the authorised capital.
